The truth is, this is about where a good 75% of my money goes towards xD, and there's an easy explanation for this. We are constantly voiding our self of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Though it is not impossible to get all we need from food it can be an elaborate time consuming process to figure it all out (not to mention the calorie concentration certainly scales up).
